RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at info@mollyandfrankie.com within 7 days of your purchase to return or exchange any new and unworn items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. To complete your return or exchange, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
